Gutterlume™ is a prepainted Aluminium-Zinc-Magnesium coated steel with a smooth, evenly distributed spangle. The coating composition by weight is 55% Aluminium and the balance zinc alloys, with the addition of Magnesium. This is applied by a continuous hot dip coating process, similar to that of continuous galvanizing. Due to the new coating, it creates a solid interface with the steel, that greatly improves the corrosion resistance, has better incision self-healing properties, and improves processing performance. Gutterlume™ has various uses ranging from gutters and downpipes to the coldroom industry.
